Good afternoon and Happy Mothers Day to all Mummies! I've been pretty swamped lately with my new job and cake orders! It's lovely to be kept so busy, but I wish sometimes I had more spare time to go to the gym, sleep longer, and blog more! I feel a bit neglectful to my blog and Twitter lately as I just haven't any spare moments! Oh well :) The cake orders I've had lately have mostly been for Mothers Day, but I've also had a few birthdays too! So here's what I've been baking lately. 

Also, my cake business page is almost up to 500 likes on Facebook already! If you could like the page I'd really appreciate it! :)

So these are the Mothers Day cupcakes I made. I love the little bow on one of them.. they're my favourite things to make!

 

I also made a mini gift sized Victoria Sponge cake for an order that I had, and I really love it because it's so small and cute!! 

This was a surprise birthday cake ordered from a wife in Holland for her husband at my local University! He was very pleased :) Choccy heaven! 

I made these pretty pink rose cupcakes as an order. 

These C & L cupcakes were ordered by Clair (one of my advertisers!) who came all the way to visit me and try my cupcakes! She ordered them for her and her boyfriends anniversary and apparently they went down a treat! She blogged about them here!

I made this red heart themed cake for a lovely local lady who ordered for her birthday! It's only a small 6" one but I rarely make proper cakes so pleased I got to make this one!

These cupcakes were personalised with initials for an order. I used my new letter cutters to make these really tiny and fine letters. I was surprised how well they came out and easy to use the cutters were! 

 And finally these bits and pieces aren't orders, they are just me experimenting at home! :)

 I made a Victoria Sponge cake! Nice and simple.. yum!

 This is what I made at one of my first cake decorating classes! Roses and lillies :)

 My baby nephew is due to have his Christening in a couple of months, and my sister has said she'd like me to make the cupcakes. So I ordered some new cutters and tested them out, I love them!! They're just the cutest with different baby shapes! Perfect for baby showers, Christenings, 1st birthdays etc. I hope I can get a baby order soon so I can use these!
